Jordi has more than 20 years of management consulting and financial advisory expertise across different technology industries, business models and growth stages. His main focus is helping companies to close series a/b venture capital investments and managing acquisitions by strategic international players.
Jordi combines his talent with curiosity and passion on the projects he is involved. He has been working for a corporate finance and advisory group providing buyside / sellside & fundraising services with a speciality in assisting European owners / entrepreneurs to raise growth capital from leading VCs.
Jordi held in the past management positions in several companies and worked as a consultant for Arthur D. Little. He has lived in Barcelona, Madrid and New York. He personally invests at early-stage technology companies and is a board member at some of them.
He holds a bachelor´s degree in Economics from Universitat Ramón Llull and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.
Steve has previously been an Associate Director at Agnitio Capital, a technology focused investment bank based in London, where he focused on transactions within the online and mobile gaming sector.
Previously, Steve was an investment professional at Lehman Brothers Private Equity in London where he worked on a number of European private equity transactions. Steve also worked at JP Morgan's Leveraged Finance and Principal Investment departments in London.
He started his career within Société Générale's Equity Derivatives Team in Paris.
Steve graduated from the European School of Management (ESCP-EAP) in Paris, London and Berlin with a Master of Science in Management, a Diplom-Kaufmann and a Diplôme de Grande Ecole. Steve speaks German, English, Spanish and French.
Mike has spent the majority of his 12 year career in investment banking, company financing, fundraising and M&A. He has lived in San Francisco, New York, London and Barcelona while working both at major investment banks, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup and boutique firms such as Prime Capital Investors and NewTech Capital today.
In addition to extensive financial work, Michael has launched technology startups in both collaborative consumption and flash sales e-commerce.
Michael is a professor of Finance and Investment Banking in several top Masters Programs of Barcelona universities. He completed his MBA at IESE Business School and University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation through rigorous study and testing over multiple years.
