NewTech Capital is a leading technology advisory boutique focused on helping European and Latin America based owners to sell their companies or raise capital. We do this by combining local execution capabilities with a global deal-making reach through relationships with strategic buyers, private equity firms and venture capital funds.
We have structured M&A transactions and raised capital for some of the best emerging and established technology companies across different industries, although we do prefer some specific verticals where we have stronger relationships which can be leveraged to generate the highest value for our clients.
